I play guitar pretty well, and a friend asked me if I would help her with a kid’s choir who were making a song for a competition. The song was "Wonderful World" by Louis Armstrong. I wanted to do it, but I was pressed for time, and this song is quite tricky to play properly. I said yes, but then changed my mind and let the idea die of its own accord.
A few weeks later, I saw my friend. She played me the song with the choir, and it was really good. They sang acapella, and it sounded better than if there was a guitar. So, I was relieved to hear that, as I don't like to let people down.
